And Speaking of Food

A selection of dishes that might make up a Florida brunch.

Eggs Benedict - I have to say not the best I've ever tasted. Should have tried the bacon instead of the gritty, watery ham but there you are. Still, they look pretty and the potatoes with them, called "home fries" were good.

And two kinds of what Americans insist on calling a chicken sandwich.

Which makes for quite a culture shock for British visitors. No use asking for a plain old sarnie. Doesn't exist here. But then again, who's complaining?
