All right, this didn't happen here in WNY but Ohio isn't that far away.
According to Fox News, a judge told 61-year-old Donald Miller that he was dead when he was in fact alive and standing in front of him. Click the link - they tell it better than I could.
I suppose this brings new meaning to the expression "Wanted, Dead or Alive" (or both).
As if we needed more proof that the world's gone mad.
